Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the fabric remains in its original condition, uncut and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact for a successful verification.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a convenient pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost for defective items.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team receives and inspects the returned fabric, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
